Pilates for Sore Shoulders

If your neck and shoulders are stiff and sore this class is for you. In 15 min we'll use a theraband and foam roller and work through some exercises to mobilise your upper back and shoulders. We'll also move through some exercises to help strengthen your shoulder support muscles so you're left feeling strong and supple and ready for whatever your day might bring.
