Pilates for Painful Knees

If you suffer from painful knees, this class is for you. Join me for a fun 20 min class where we'll go through my favourite sequences to help relieve knee pain. First we'll use a foam roller to release the tight areas in your legs and glutes, and then we'll move through some simple exercises to activate the muscles that support your knees. We'll use a Pilates ball in this class, but if you don't have one you can use a cushion instead.
