Pilates Ball Abs & Shoulder Mobility

In this 5 min workout we'll use a Pilates ball to work your abs and mobilise your shoulders. This is a good class to do if you're taking a break from working at your computer. Afterwards you'll feel gently energised and freer in your neck and shoulders.
